Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide relevant information

Requirements

- 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role
