Our Customer Support Crew is the backbone of our customer service operations, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS text. As a Customer Support Crewmember, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, requests, and needs in a timely and efficient manner, while embodying our core values and "Soul of Service" philosophy.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

  • Support continuous calls and digital interactions through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS text, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, by being responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused.
  • Perform assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sell flights and ancillary products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Successful completion of new hire training, ensuring you're equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your role.
  • Ability to provide a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, whether working from home or in our office.
  • Able to pass a 10-year background check, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, providing a foundation for further development.
  • One (1) year of customer service or sales experience, demonstrating your ability to interact with customers and resolve their inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales and call center experience, showcasing your ability to handle multiple customer interactions and achieve sales targets.
  • Technical proficiency in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS, or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, demonstrating your ability to navigate various software applications.

  • Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages (i.e., chat, SMS text, email, etc.), demonstrating your ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Ability to navigate through complex processes while interacting with a customer, showcasing your problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to navigate through concurrent digital interactions with more than one customer at a time, highlighting your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
