Key Responsibilities:

Keep a close eye on customer interactions on blithequark's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Resolve Customer Issues Efficiently:

Use your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.

Maintain a Positive Attitude:

Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. This includes being patient, understanding, and respectful, even in challenging situations.

Generate Insights and Feedback:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Written Communication Skills:

Possess a strong command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing. Additional languages are a plus, but not required.

Proven Experience in Customer Service or Social Media Management:

Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a customer-facing role or social media management position.

Social Media Familiarity:

Have a solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective functionalities, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.

Experience:

Previous Experience in Customer Support or Related Fields:
