Our work helps maximize recovery for people rebuilding after devastating fires. We specialize in interviewing property owners and translating their firsthand experiences into structured, professional damage assessments. Position Overview: We are seeking independent, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Remote Property Damage Interviewers. This role is 100% remote. You’ll conduct in-depth phone interviews with clients who’ve experienced wildfire damage, using a structured script to gather and document personal property, structural, or landscape losses. You’ll set your own schedule, work from home, and earn $100/hour. Most interviews last 1 to 2 hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scripted phone interviews with wildfire-affected property owners
• Document losses to personal property, structures, and/or landscaping
• Use tools like Google Earth, Zillow, Fire Maps, and Respond Maps during interviews
• Reference supporting documentation (e.g., insurance estimates, photos, receipts)
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in every call
• Work independently, using your own computer and phone setup

Qualifications:

• One of the Following Licesnes: Licensed Real Estate Agent, Residential Real Estate Appraiser, or Licensed / Certified Home Inspector
AND 3+ years experience in area of license.
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured format
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Comfortable with structured interviews and client conversations
• Professional home office setup with strong internet
• Experience conducting interviews or gathering structured data is a plus
