The Role

As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat on our vendors' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. You'll also have the opportunity to provide sales links and offer discounts to customers, helping to drive sales and revenue for our vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
