About the Role

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for resolving high-level consumer issues and providing support to policy holders with billing questions, policy changes, and recommendations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
  • Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
  • Support policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of call center experience
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements:

To work from home with Blithequark, you will need:

  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
