Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Disney Knowledge: Passion for Disney and a deep knowledge of Disney products, characters, theme parks, and entertainment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Disney Fandom: A deep understanding of Disney history, characters, and experiences.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment.
