Our highly Successful Global cybersecurity software company is seeking a Business Development Representative to work 100% remotely. You need to be preferably based in Chicago, Denver, Southern California, or Florida. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Representative with experience in either cybersecurity software sales or software product development. This is a Hunter/Business development role. They need a Hunter for new business. Smart, go-getters, strong personality. Excellent Cold calling skills. They prefer to hire a Business Development Representative with experience in calling on IT, Infrastructure, and Network Security Engineers and professionals, someone who understands Technology, IT, Computer Networking, and Cybersecurity. You will be paid commissions for uncovering opportunities and booking meetings for Account Managers with Enterprise Customers in North America. They are looking for inside sales reps who are smart, have grit, and are self-starters/driven. You also need to have strong listening skills and have a hard work attitude. You need to be able to make cold calls every day. Follow up with Leads. They prefer to hire a Business Development Representative who has experience calling Information Technology and Networking professionals. 3-10 years of BDR / Cold calling experience: Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Identify and develop new meetings and opportunities within the assigned region
  • Runs various plays/sequences through prospecting tools
  • Establish qualified leads through high-volume cold calling, email, social, and other prospecting outreach techniques
  • Penetrate the field-designated target list of Enterprise accounts that our client is not currently engaged in – White Space
  • Follow up with Marketing Leads within the region
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion at selected existing target accounts
  • Re-engage with stagnant/lost customers
  • Targets competitive win-back campaigns
  • Work with the field team in a coordinated fashion, driving and supporting selected initiatives
  • Support and drive attendance at selected field events
  • Utilize data resources such as Discoverorg, Tech Install Base lists, past leads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Analyzes buyer intent data to identify opportunities
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products/service

Education and Experience Requirements: > B.S. / B.A or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, phone sales experience, 3-5 years of which were in an Inside Sales or Business Development role
  • Previous experience selling computer software, cyber-security, or related networking products.
  • 3-5 years’ experience calling on Enterprise Accounts
  • Ability to articulate the NETSCOUT value proposition
  • Cold calling techniques
  • Executing prospecting plays
  • Results-oriented, Self-Starting, and highly motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • MS Office Tools
  • SFDC, Salesloft, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Discoverorg, etc

Compensation: base salary in addition to commissions paid monthly, and Accelerators for over quota will put you well over the Six(6) figure annual income!!
