Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Lead YouTube Video Editor to join our editing team based out of St. George, Utah. As a Lead YouTube Video Editor, you will work closely with Hope and her creative team to craft compelling and engaging video content that resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for leading the editing team, reviewing and refining Assistant Editors' rough cuts, and utilizing your creative skills to edit and assemble footage into cohesive stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Hope and her team to review and refine Assistant Editors' rough cuts
• Utilize your creative skills to edit and assemble footage into cohesive stories
• Apply advanced editing techniques, including sound design, graphics, and color correction, to enhance viewer retention
• Work on longer videos, typically ranging from 25 to 50 minutes
• Handle special projects that require creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of the audience
• Finalize edits after thorough revisions with Hope, ensuring the content meets our high standards
• Lead and mentor junior editors to help them grow and develop their skills
• Stay up-to-date with the latest editing trends and technologies

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead YouTube Video Editor who possesses a strong passion for video editing and storytelling, with a desire to inspire the next generation of creators. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong portfolio of video editing work, demonstrating your creative skills and attention to detail

Relocation Assistance

We are committed to finding the best talent for our team, and we are willing to relocate candidates from outside the St. George, Utah area.
