Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with clients and ensure consistency in our responses
  • Participating in online training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently and efficiently from home, using your own computer and internet connection
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and responses

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency in using a PC or MAC
