The Role

As an Experienced Account Representative – Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales manager and clients across the United States. This is a remote position that requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple accounts and clients from initial quote and order processing to release for shipment
  • Providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Processing customer orders, tracking orders, and performing follow-ups to ensure timely shipment
  • Interacting with various departments, including scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, and finance, to resolve deviations in the delivery process
  • Reviewing, interpreting, and preparing customer purchase orders for data entry, ensuring customer requirements are met and sales representative commissions are accurate
  • Utilizing SAP to monitor account sales activity, determine course of action based on demand, and make informed decisions

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of customer service or account management experience, with a proven track record of problem-solving, quoting, pricing, order tracking, shipment delivery, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or CRM systems (a plus)
  • Ability to adapt to new process methodologies, technology, and innovative ideas
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complaints, credits, returns, and pricing discrepancies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers
