Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Milling Machine CNC Machinist to work on our CNC metal machining machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately running machines per specifications, utilizing measuring instruments, setting tools, making tool page offsets, investigating and troubleshooting issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and documenting as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately run automated CNC metal machining machines per specifications
• Utilize a variety of measuring instruments to ensure precision and quality
• Set tools and make tool page offsets as required
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Document work as needed to ensure accurate records and quality control

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

• A minimum of two years of machinist experience setting up and operating milling machines
• Strong ability to understand blueprints and technical drawings
• An understanding of GD&T and G&M codes
• Ability to follow safety requirements and protocols
• Ability to utilize gauging and a variety of measuring instruments
• A solid work history and a commitment to excellence
• US citizenship or possession of a green card
• Residence within 45 minutes of Big Bend, WI

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with CNC machining software and programming
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Certifications in CNC machining, quality control, or a related field
