  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our audience receives the best possible experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
