Job Summary

As a WDW Resorts Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from Walt Disney World guests and cast members, providing reservation support and answering general questions about Disney Resorts, including lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, and more. You will have the opportunity to match guests' wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and reservation support to Walt Disney World guests and cast members via phone and email
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex guest requests and concerns
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and stress management skills in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently in writing and verbally, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
  • Match guest wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and update guest information in our database
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Familiarity with Disney products and services
  • Multilingual skills (ability to speak multiple languages)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
