  • Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional designs.
  • Assisting with stock rotation, using the earliest in, earliest out method, and restocking shelves.
  • Providing customer assistance in the photo region, including digital photo services and special photo products.
  • Taking on web order responsibilities, screening orders, and handling customer requests.
  • Helping with external and internal maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues.
  • Completing special tasks and projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Walgreens, you will need:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico).
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
