• Delivery and Execution (40%): Model and ensure consistency of deliverables, driving UX strategy through artifacts like experience maps and service blueprints. Lead synthesis and facilitation activities, ensuring seamless execution across product areas.
• Planning and Strategy (40%): Communicate insights and opportunities, driving the value of UX across experiences. Display situational adaptability, stepping in to drive change in products to better align with user needs or organizational goals. Drive UX practice across experiences, domains, or product groups, combining user research outputs with business objectives to articulate a clear vision.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 6 years of work experience, with 5+ years of experience working with agile software development teams.
• A bachelor's degree in a field related to UX or equivalent experience.
