Description

• Be the on-camera voice of Token Metrics as we demystify AI-driven crypto investing for a global audience of millions. You’ll script, shoot, edit, and publish 4–7 short-form YouTube videos per week (15–90 seconds each) that turn complex blockchain analytics into binge-worthy, shareable stories.
• Own the full creative lifecycle: trend scouting, hook writing, rapid A/B testing of thumbnails & titles, comment moderation, and weekly performance reporting. Expect to iterate daily—if a format flops by noon, you’ll have a new cut live by dinner.
• Translate Token Metrics’ proprietary AI indicators (sentiment scores, predictive rankings, portfolio bots) into relatable memes, skits, and visual metaphors that make viewers say “I finally get it.” You’ll frequently appear on-screen, so comfort as a host or actor is essential.
• Collaborate with our Athens-based marketing squad and data scientists to time content around market-moving events—FOMC meetings, Bitcoin halvings, ETF approvals—turning volatility into views and views into free-trial sign-ups.
• Build and nurture a community of retail traders, fund managers, and crypto-curious Gen-Z viewers. Reply to comments, pin top questions, and spin user-generated clips into reaction videos that keep the algorithm feeding you fresh eyeballs.
• Experiment with cross-platform pollen: repurpose winning YouTube Shorts into TikTok, IG Reels, and Twitter video, then funnel new subscribers back to our long-form webinars and newsletter. Growth hacking is in your DNA.
• Track KPIs religiously: CTR, average view duration, subscriber conversion, and cost per activated user. Present a concise Monday-morning dashboard that tells us what to double-down on and what to kill.
• Stay ahead of policy changes—YouTube’s ever-evolving monetization rules, crypto ad policies, and music-licensing landmines—so our channel never faces strikes or demonetization surprises.
• Occasionally jump on live streams and Twitter Spaces to translate real-time price action into educational moments, reinforcing Token Metrics’ position as the go-to AI-crypto brain.
• Champion diversity of thought: we serve investors in 50+ countries; your content should feel native to Manila, Mumbai, Munich, and Miami alike.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to grow a YouTube channel ≥10k subscribers or achieve ≥100k views on multiple Shorts within the past 12 months (portfolio links required).
• Fluent English on-camera with clear diction; comfortable being the face of a brand and improvising witty takes on fast-moving news.
• Advanced knowledge of Shorts SEO—titles, tags, first-frame hooks, chapters—and proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, or similar) plus Adobe Premiere or Final Cut for polish.
• Genuine curiosity about crypto, trading, or AI; willingness to digest Token Metrics’ research reports overnight and turn them into 30-second explainers by sunrise.
• Self-starter who can work 9 AM–5 PM UTC or EST, meet daily deadlines without hand-holding, and own a reliable high-speed internet connection and 4K-capable smartphone or camera.
