Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Clinical Research and Evidence Generation

Key Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Data Mining and Analysis:
Mining crude data sets to extract meaningful insights and patterns, and developing statistical models to analyze and interpret results.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with our clinical research team to identify key research questions and develop strategic plans to address them.
Data Visualization and Reporting:
Creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and inform business decisions.
Data Quality and Integrity:
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data sets, and developing processes to maintain data quality and integrity.
Research and Development:
Staying up-to-date with the latest research and development in clinical research and evidence generation, and applying this knowledge to improve our data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Project Management:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree:
A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in statistical software packages, such as R or SAS, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with EMR/Health IT:

Experience with Alternative Data Sources:
Experience working with alternative data sources, such as claims data, electronic health records, or wearable devices.
Familiarity with Machine Learning:
Familiarity with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and experience with deep learning frameworks.
