Senior Business Analyst (AU IT Services & Consulting, WFH) Contract

Salary: P180,000 - P220,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in conducting and leading workshops for requirement gathering, utilizing tools such as Miro boards for collaborative work.
• Strong capabilities in documenting comprehensive business requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, and mapping and improving processes (BPMN or Flow charts).
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and willingness to undergo training if no prior knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders' expectations at various levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand business processes, and identify solutions to enhance efficiency.

What will you do?

• This role is a 12-month term to work on diverse projects for our clients, mainly universities.
• Engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops utilizing Miro boards, and meticulously documenting various aspects such as business requirements, process requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to gather and validate requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
