Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain information in databases with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and meet productivity standards

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills

As you progress in your career, you may also take on additional responsibilities, including:

• Monitoring WAN links for stability and troubleshooting issues
• Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN, and administering security and IAM
• Performing alerts and log monitoring, preventative health checks, and incident management
• Generating reports and maintaining accurate records

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
• A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn technical skills
• The ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
