Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Accurate Member Information: Update member details promptly to ensure their records are always current and accurate.
  • Handle Policy Changes: Process terminations, reinstatements, and other policy adjustments with precision, ensuring that all changes are reflected accurately in our systems.
  • Manage Health Coverage Information: Keep coverage plans up-to-date, including eligibility, benefits, and limitations, to ensure that our members receive the coverage they are entitled to.
  • Research and Update Healthcare Provider Information: Ensure that provider data within medical portals is accurate and current, facilitating smooth interactions between healthcare providers and our members.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize your knowledge of healthcare terminology and coding to enhance data accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies where necessary.

Essential Qualifications
