Responsibilities
Defining data requirements, collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modelling, and visualization.
Development and support BI reports (collecting requirements, writing ETL queries and developing reports, testing and support). Install connections and gateways on the Power BI server.
Data presentation and visualization. Conduct EDA/Ad-hoc analytics on the task and find insights and findings in the data.
Understand the data structure in BI tools (measures and dimensions approach), optimize the speed and load of the report. Write optimal SQL queries to databases.
Working with data: collection (aggregation of data from "raw" sources), data transformation and processing, markup, validation, loading into the database, testing and monitoring.
Conduct quality control of reports (data consistency, visualization standards, documentation)
Providing continuous support to existing business intelligence dashboards and ad hoc reports; taking necessary actions to make the framework agile and robust.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in analytics
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Think about the ultimate business problem, think logically, pay attention to details, visualization skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of SQL & Python, including optimization
Advanced data visualization skills, attention to details
Experience in developing BI reports on Power BI
Basic statistical methods skills
Working with database MySQL/ ClickHouse/ Postgresql
Knowledge of Git/GitLab
Language Skills: English B2 (Upper Intermediate)
Nice to have
Completed Data Analyst courses
Knowledge of Metabase/Redash
Basic knowledge of ML
Teamwork skills (both with developers and with business customers)
Good communication skills
