Bits of your job:

• Visual Creation: Design engaging video and static visuals, primarily using Figma. Experience with Figma for web design is a plus.

• Collaboration with Media Buyers & Product Owners: Work closely to understand performance data, propose creative ideas, and ensure effective execution.

• Text Work: Assist in crafting compelling headlines and video ad scripts to support our campaigns.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on AI trends, new creative tools, and innovative channels to enhance your work.

• File Management: Organize and systematize creative assets for efficient tracking and reuse.

• Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor ads to elevate our visual strategies.

• Adaptability and Initiative: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and creative mindset.

• Take on additional creative tasks as needed

Requirements

Key Expectations:

• A higher education degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Digital portfolio showcasing your experience and capabilities.

• Proven experience in creating engaging video and static visuals for digital campaigns.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

• Experience using Figma for web design

• Excellent creative, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal English and Lithuanian skills.

Bonus Points:

• A strong desire to stay updated on AI trends, emerging creative tools, and innovative channels in the design and advertising space.

Salary: 1000-1500 €/mon. net Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
