Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including revenue performance, after sales effectiveness, product adoption rates, and macro-economic trends, to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and execute market research initiatives to identify new opportunities, validate innovative ideas, and assess competitive landscapes.
• Develop and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to expand the company's market share and improve business performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Data team to perform deeper analytical dives, automate reporting processes, and enhance data management practices.
• Work cross-functionally with revenue, aftersales, product, and partnership teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives originating from the Head of Business Office.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field. An understanding of Human Resources principles is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst at a managerial level, with a demonstrated ability to manage both revenue and after sales performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets is required. Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics software such as Zoho, Tableau, and Mixpanel is a plus.
• Exceptional skills in managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
