Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently oversee and refresh logistics data for designated vendors

, ensuring precision and timeliness. -

Detect and address any local delivery or vendor-related concerns

to guarantee uninterrupted operations. -

Engage in proactive communication with vendors

to rectify issues and modify delivery timelines as needed. -

Escalate complex challenges to supervisors

as appropriate, ensuring rapid resolution. -

Partner with cross-functional teams

to amend any discrepancies in merchant data. -

Gather and synchronize item-level data supplied by merchants

with our internal DashMart item identifiers and descriptions.
