Your Role

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Key Accounts: Handle Direct Client and VMS accounts for Temporary, Fixed Term Contracts (FTC), and Permanent roles. You'll oversee all relationship and system management related to your accounts.
  • Place and Build: Source and place candidates in temporary, FTC, and permanent roles, ensuring compliance and building a thriving desk.
  • Expand Your Network: Grow your connections with housing specialists and clients, attending meetings and events to strengthen relationships.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates, offering expert advice and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Client & Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth journey from vacancy to placement.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand your desk, representing Liquid at industry events and securing new client accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team, sharing talent and opportunities to ensure the best placements for every role.
