About the Role

We're seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate online English tutors to join our team and help students achieve their language learning goals. As a Preply tutor, you'll have the autonomy to create your own schedule, set your own price, and teach English online to students from diverse backgrounds and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English online to Preply students worldwide, using your own schedule and pricing
• Create engaging lesson plans or utilize Preply's curriculum to meet students' needs
• Use Preply's integrated calendar to manage your availability and schedule lessons
• Access training and professional development opportunities through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars
• Provide comprehensive materials and resources to support students' learning

Essential Qualifications

To become a successful Preply tutor, you'll need:

• Proficiency in English
• A University degree or certification in English language teaching (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.) or equivalent qualification
• Experience teaching one-on-one classes, preferably online, with proven results
• A high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace
• Energy, patience, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude
