Sr. Oracle OAC Developer - Strategic Resources International

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer. The role will focus on designing and deploying secure dashboards, KPIs, and reports in OAC, while also driving migration of legacy OBIEE environments to OAC. The candidate will ensure tight integration with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and alignment with DoD SRG, FedRAMP, NIST, and CMMC compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years of business intelligence/analytics development, with 2 3+ years in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

• Design and develop OAC dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations aligned with defense program needs.
• Proven experience leading OBIEE to OAC migrations, including RPD modeling, catalog migration, and security configuration.
• Manage semantic layers and subject areas in OAC to ensure consistent and performant reporting.
• Integrate OAC with ADW and OCI data sources; tune queries and caching for optimal performance.
• Supporting skills in SQL/PLSQL, ADW schema design, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with DoD SRG IL5/IL6, FedRAMP High, NIST 800-53/171, and CMMC 2.0 compliance frameworks.
• Certifications such as OCI Architect, Oracle Analytics, Security+, or CISSP (preferred).
• Experience with Terraform, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines (a plus
