Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions to customer inquiries, and booking appointments for our services. You will work closely with our Sales executives to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and close deals. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to their needs and providing helpful solutions in a professional manner

  • Book appointments with customers for small-scale services/jobs
  • Identify, escalate, and report priority issues to Sales executives
  • Follow up with customers to close deals over the phone with guidance from Sales executives
  • Improve knowledge of our services to provide better customer service
  • Work with web applications and mobile applications to improve customer experience
  • Prepare estimates for customers, send estimates and invoices, record payments, and pending payments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sales executives or Management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (compulsory)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent English speaking skills
  • Strong customer handling and selling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in cold calling (preferred)

  • Higher secondary (12th pass) or equivalent (preferred)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in web applications and mobile applications
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
