We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail shopping centers. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with periodic on-site visits to ensure optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for each property to maximize asset value and net operating income (NOI).

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and tenant compliance.

• Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel, ensuring properties are well-maintained and operational.

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial and management reports to stakeholders.

• Foster strong relationships with tenants to promote retention and address concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with the leasing team to support tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Valid Real Estate License required within 90 days of employment.

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on retail properties.

• Strong understanding of financial aspects related to property performance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
