• Input, update, and verify data in internal systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy.

• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors through quality checks.

• Maintain databases, reports, and records as required by internal teams.

• Coordinate with teams to gather or clarify data entries.

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within set deadlines.

• Create reports and summaries to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.

• Fast and accurate typing skills (50+ WPM).

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
