Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Network Security Engineer to join our IT Data Security team in Florida. As a key member of our Organization Security Group, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing security solutions to protect our network infrastructure, applications, and data. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security solutions to ensure the functional sustainability of our infrastructure and applications
• Provide IT support for firewall hardware and software maintenance, including site implementations, inventories, foundation planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services
• Support enterprise remote access clients and ensure client-edge security technology alignment with our organization's security policies
• Collaborate with Delta's business divisions to develop and implement firewall policies and access control guidelines
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 support for critical facilities and infrastructure components
• Support the IT Data Security Division in maintaining the integrity and service continuity of our enterprise data and applications
• Develop and implement departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate norms and regulations
• Manage data center and remote communication room standards, capital upgrades, renovations, and improvements
• Ensure accurate documentation, negotiate the best product and service prices, and verify vendor contractual commitments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, cybersecurity)
• Proven experience in network security engineering, preferably in an airline or related industry
