Job Summary

As a Walmart Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to Walmart's customers via live chat. You will engage with customers through live chat to address their questions, concerns, and requests, provide accurate information, product recommendations, and assistance in navigating the Walmart website and mobile app, resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, and document and track customer interactions for quality assurance purposes. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset with a friendly and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through live chat to address their questions, concerns, and requests.
