About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) team. As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. You will be an integral part of our Air Terminal Customer Assistance (ACS) Resource Planning team, which performs in-depth analysis of key operational and staffing metrics to drive functional and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively convey required ACS staffing needs, collaborating with various cross-functional ACS departments.
• Analyze resource utilization and identify more optimal/effective solutions.
• Create reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives.
• Examine the latest trends in ACS resource planning.
• Find and concentrate data from different sources for use in analysis, models, and project development.
• Develop new data sources and/or essential analytical models and tasks.
• Utilize descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and relevant tradeoffs.
• Develop new analytical models or modify existing ones.
• Transform data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques.
• Create complex reports and analyses with direction from leaders.
• Support complex process improvement and project management engagement for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional initiatives.
• Present findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders.
• Act as an internal consultant to partners and provide insights to drive results.
• Consistently prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
