As a Janitorial Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to general housekeeping and cleaning of our facilities, including heavy industrial cleaning, organizing, and maintaining cleanroom, development lab, and manufacturing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks relating to general housekeeping and cleaning of Moog facilities, including heavy industrial cleaning of floors, walls, and ceilings; and organizing, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, scraping, buffing, and waxing.
• Operate various cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and Zamboni, and transport trash, recyclables, and regulated waste streams to appropriate disposal areas.
• Work within cleanroom, development lab, and manufacturing spaces based on operating procedures, and perform tasks around sensitive equipment and hardware.
• Assist in promoting a company atmosphere that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Take direction on daily work assignments and work in areas with specific PPE requirements, up to and including bunny suits.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience:

• 1-3 years of cleaning experience, preferably in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating equipment up to 50 lbs and taking direction on daily work assignments.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to be a reliable team member in a frequently changing environment.
• Experience effectively operating various cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and Zamboni.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

• Experience working in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Previous experience working with sensitive equipment and hardware.
