Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as an Experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting, and replenishing amenities. You will also be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, and that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting, and replenishing amenities
- Perform daily turndown duties for celebrity level and determined guests
- Stock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Deep clean guest rooms and bathrooms on designated days
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the housekeeping storage area and equipment
Essential Capabilities
* Adaptability: Ability to work in various locations, conditions, and with evolving start/end times
- Proactivity: Ability to promptly communicate concerns and respond to situations
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment

- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to achieve common goals
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Accessibility Requirements
* Preparation Accessibility: 3 months of full accessibility (day and night) will be required shortly after the start date to complete the preparation.
