We're now seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our dynamic team as a Director, Education Sales. This remote position offers an immediate start for the right candidate and comes with a competitive salary. About the Role

As our Director, Education Sales, Display Solutions, you'll lead our sales team in the West Region, driving revenue growth of our B2B display portfolio in the Education sector, including K12 and Higher Education markets. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Education end-user sales representatives covering K12 and Higher Education accounts, as well as focused education channel partners.
  • Establish annual sales targets and division go-to-market strategies to ensure quarterly revenue targets are exceeded and lay the foundation for long-term growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with distribution, channel partners, internal account managers, supply chain, operations, and marketing departments to drive business growth.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners to drive new business opportunities and participate in partner events to foster strong partner relationships.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow sales revenues and expand our strategic product footprint in the Education market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key K12 District and Higher Education customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of directly related Education vertical sales management experience.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and developing long-term growth strategies.
  • Prior experience in sales management with a solid working knowledge of Interactive Flat Panel Displays, Large Format Displays, LCD Desktop Displays, and LED Signage.
  • Understanding of solution selling, specifically around Interactive Flat Panel Display and education software solutions.
  • Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using CRM software (SalesForce.com preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • A strong understanding of education pedagogy and technology requirements.
  • Experience working with K12 and Higher Education customers.
  • A track record of building collaborative Display sales and channel relationships at executive levels.
