OmniScript and Marketing Cloud (Doesn t need to be a SME in either, just needs to have worked with it in a past project and have it in the resume)

Must be a HANDS ON Architect meaning they are still doing development on a day to day basis in their Architect roles. If they have been removed from coding for a while or do not have some sort of background in salesforce development, it won t work.

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect with strong development expertise to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across Salesforce Clouds, with a particular emphasis on Omniscript (OmniStudio) and Marketing Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, architectural design, and active development to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and architect for Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices in design, integration, and development.
• Architect and implement solutions using Salesforce Core, OmniStudio (Omniscript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, FlexCards), and Marketing Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and provide hands-on development as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and system architecture documentation.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and custom solutions.
• Provide mentorship to developers and contribute to code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously enhance the platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
• Proven hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Integration.
• Strong expertise in OmniStudio (Omniscript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automations, Personalization).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including security, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Strong background in data modeling, API integrations, and middleware platforms.
• Salesforce certifications highly preferred:
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
• Salesforce OmniStudio Developer / Consultant
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant
