About project/role

One of the multinational fast food restaurant chains in various markets.

This role supports a global organization by driving cloud transformation initiatives, standardizing platform architecture, and ensuring compliance across multiple business units.

The Senior DevOps will lead complex migration efforts, define scalable and secure cloud-native architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives. Deep expertise in GCP services, enterprise architecture frameworks, and regulated industry standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures using GCP services.
• Lead cloud migration strategies and execution for large-scale environments.
• Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Develop landing zones, organizational structures, and advanced networking configurations.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with GCP
• 7+years o fexperience as DevOps
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compute: GCE, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions. Storage & Databases: Cloud SQL, Spanner, Bigtable, Firestore, BigQuery. Networking: VPC, Interconnect, Cloud DNS, Cloud Armor. Security: IAM, Organization Policies, VPC Service Controls. Analytics: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Data Fusion.
