Job Title: OneTrust Technical Lead

Summary: We are looking for an experienced OneTrust Consultant with expertise in Privacy Automation, Data Governance, and Regulatory Compliance. The role involves leading and managing OneTrust implementation projects in enterprise environments. You will work with OneTrust modules such as Data Governance, Privacy Automation, Consent Management, and Assessment Automation, ensuring alignment with regulations including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, and other global privacy standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end OneTrust Privacy Automation and Data Governance implementations.

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical OneTrust solutions.

• Configure and optimize OneTrust modules such as Data Mapping, Consent & Preference Management, Assessment Automation, Vendor Risk Management, and DSAR automation.

• Integrate OneTrust with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) using APIs.

• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, catalogs, and metadata management practices.

• Provide technical guidance on data classification, discovery, and quality initiatives.

• Collaborate with privacy, security, compliance, and legal teams to automate regulatory processes.

• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and deliver user training.

• Stay informed about evolving privacy regulations and advise on platform enhancements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 3 5 years in OneTrust implementations.

• Proven experience managing OneTrust projects in enterprise settings.

• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and other privacy frameworks.

• Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Metadata Management.

• Hands-on with OneTrust modules including AI Data Discovery, AI Data Governance, Data Mapping, Consent Management, and Privacy Rights Automation.

• Skilled in API integrations and data security protocols.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• OneTrust certifications preferred.
