Key Responsibilities

 Remote IT Support: Provide remote support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly.

 Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot network, software, and hardware problems, ensuring swift issue resolution.

 Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing end-users concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support interactions, resolutions, and issues, ensuring data integrity.

 Adherence to Procedures: Follow established procedures for incident management, problem resolution, and change management.

 Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

 Knowledge Sharing: Continuously update your technical knowledge by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

 Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

 Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.

 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

 Effective communication and customer service abilities.

 Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.

 Experience with remote support tools.

 Self-motivated and able to work independently.

 Flexibility to adapt to changing IT environments.

 Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a bonus.
