We are seeking experienced and reliable Customer Support Agents to join our remote team. This position is ideal for professionals with a proven background in customer service who are comfortable working from home, delivering top-tier support to our clients via phone, email, and/or chat.

Employment Type: Contract (paid through Upwork)

Schedule: Flexible, with potential for full-time or part-time hours depending on business needs

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

Requirements:

Must reside in one of the listed states above

Minimum 2 years of customer support experience (phone, chat, and/or email)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a professional manner

Document customer interactions in the CRM system

Follow established procedures while offering empathetic, solution-focused service
