As a Senior Non-Tech Recruiter at Delta Exchange, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our non-technical teams, including marketing, compliance, operations, legal, finance, customer support, and more. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing candidates and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across multiple departments.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source candidates using a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage interview processes efficiently.
• Provide data-driven insights and regular hiring reports to leadership.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices, especially in fintech and crypto sectors.
• Partner with HR and business teams on employer branding initiatives to enhance Delta Exchange’s appeal to top talent. Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience in non-tech roles, preferably in high-growth startups or fintech environments.
• Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior-level roles across functions such as marketing, compliance, operations, legal, finance, and customer success.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative approach to hiring.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Passion for crypto, fintech, or startups is a big plus!
